Story Time

Live Animal Show

2:00 – 3:00 pm

Join us for a fun, educational and hands-on wildlife program featuring some special friends from Zoophoria (including Tripod the tortoise in his Halloween costume)!

Best for children four and older.

Toddler Play Group

9:30 – 10:30 am

Join us for a short, creative activity followed by open-play for the toddlers.   We’ll provide the toys!  Best for ages three and under.

Minecraft: Pirate Quest

Wednesday, Nov. 12

4:00 – 5:30 pm

Set sail on a high-stakes pirate adventure! Uncover hidden treasures buried deep within mysterious islands, outwit cunning traps guarded by fearsome creatures, and engage in epic naval battles between pirate and hero ships. The library will provide all equipment; please register to ensure your spot in the fun.

This program is for 9 – 12 year old children.

Learn About the Lenape!

Saturday, Nov. 22

1:00 – 2:00 pm

Join us for a fun and educational program about the Lenape people by Carla Messinger of Native American Heritage Programs. She will cover family life, clothing, hunting, and much more using  artifacts and a craft for the kids.  This program is best for children 5 and older.

This program is sponsored by the Chester Historical Society.
