Need help with your laptop, iPad, Kindle, smartphone, or other devices? Or would you like help navigating the library’s e-resources? Need a refresher on using our library apps? Book a free personalized one-on-one session via Zoom or In-person. Scheduled sessions run 30 minutes, for one patron at a time. We do not help with viruses, port fixes, and updates – please see an expert service provider or tech professional.
- Downloading library ebooks, audiobooks, music, and magazines to your tablet, smartphone, or laptop
- Navigating Chester Library databases and resources
- Assistance setting up an email account for personal use – Gmail or Outlook
- A quick look at your IPAD or Tablet – to download a service or app.
