Device & Email Assistance for Patrons – 30 Minutes, One to One

The Chester Library is here to help with one of the following items below.Need help with your laptop, iPad, Kindle, smartphone, or other devices? Or would you like help navigating the library’s e-resources? Need a refresher on using our library apps? Book a free personalized one-on-one session via Zoom or In-person. Scheduled sessions run 30 minutes, for one patron at a time.   We do not help with viruses, port fixes, and updates  – please see an expert service provider or tech professional.

  • Downloading library ebooks, audiobooks, music, and magazines to your tablet, smartphone, or laptop
  • Navigating Chester Library databases and resources
  • Assistance setting up an email account for personal use – Gmail or Outlook
  • A quick look at your IPAD or Tablet – to download a service or app.
