Available from any Internet connection. Have your library card handy – it is your “ID number.”  In addition to the online services listed below,  Ancestry Library is available on the public computers at the library.  Ancestry Library allows you to  search military, birth, death, census, and immigration records by name. 

  Includes complete U.S. Federal Census, 1790-1940; Proquest’s Genealogy and Local History Collection of 25,000+ fully-searchable family and local history books; and P.E.R.S.I. a comprehensive subject index covering more than 6,500 genealogy and local history periodicals written in English and French (Canada) since 1800.
